SEO & AI Visibility (GEO) Services in Dubai

I'm Emad Yahya — a web developer and IT systems engineer in Dubai who does SEO the way an engineer does it: in the code. Structured data, hreflang tags, sitemaps, prerendered pages, Search Console and Bing setup — the technical layer most agencies write reports about is the layer I actually build.

And because search itself is changing, I work on the new layer too — GEO, generative engine optimization: being in the answer when someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini for a recommendation. This is not a service I bolted on; I built a product for it. My AI Visibility & SEO/GEO Coach is a live SaaS that queries ChatGPT, Gemini and Google about a brand, scores the answers, and generates a prioritised action plan.

One thing I will not do is promise rankings. Nobody controls Google or ChatGPT, and anyone guaranteeing a position is selling. What I deliver is engineering: measurable technical fixes shipped in your code, a visibility score you can track, and pages the engines can actually read — the way this site itself is built.

What GEO means — and why it matters now

SEO gets you found when someone types into Google. GEO — generative engine optimization, also called AEO, answer engine optimization — gets you mentioned when someone asks ChatGPT or Gemini a question like "who's the best in this market in Dubai?". The AI doesn't show ten blue links; it names two or three businesses. Either you are in that answer, or you don't exist.

The good news: AI engines read the same web. They favour sites that load fast, mark up their content with structured data (schema), publish clear answer-shaped pages, and get mentioned consistently across the web. That is engineering plus content discipline — exactly the work I do.

I built the tool that measures this

AI Visibility & SEO/GEO Coach is a full SaaS I designed and built: it runs multi-engine visibility scans across ChatGPT-, Gemini- and Perplexity-style engines alongside Google, tracks a visibility score and mention rate over time — AI vs Google side by side — and produces a prioritised action plan with fixes ranked by impact. It runs on the Gemini, OpenAI, Perplexity, Serper and Google PSI APIs.

It even generates the technical artefacts itself: JSON-LD schema, llms.txt and robots.txt. When I say AI answer visibility can be turned into a measurable score a business can act on, that is not a pitch — it is the product's job description. Scan, score, fix, re-scan.

SEO built at the code level

Why an engineer for SEO

Most SEO agencies sell a retainer and a monthly PDF. The actual technical work — schema, redirects, page-speed fixes, hreflang — gets ticketed to whoever built your site, and often never ships. I am the person who ships it: I open the code, make the fix, and you can verify it in view-source the same day.

This site is my proof of method: every page you are reading is prerendered to static HTML, carries JSON-LD — including FAQPage schema on this very page — and this page pairs with its Arabic twin through hreflang alternates. I don't recommend anything I haven't already done to my own site.

Scan, score, fix, re-scan

It starts with a scan, not a sales call: I measure how the engines currently see you — where you stand in search for the queries that matter, and what ChatGPT and Gemini actually say when asked about your market. You get the findings and a fixed written quote within 24 hours.

Then the fixes ship in priority order — technical first, content second — and we re-scan to see the movement. No lock-in retainer: you own every account, every page and every line of markup, and you stop whenever the numbers say the job is done.

SEO & GEO WORK

FAQ

What is GEO (generative engine optimization)?

GEO is the practice of making your business appear in AI-generated answers — the recommendations ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity give when someone asks a question in your market. It is also called AEO, answer engine optimization. Where classic SEO targets a ranked list of links, GEO targets being one of the few names an AI actually mentions. The methods overlap heavily: structured data, fast crawlable pages, clear answer-shaped content, and consistent mentions of your brand across the web.

How do I get my business recommended by ChatGPT?

There is no submission form and no paid placement — AI assistants build answers from what they can read and verify on the open web. In practice that means a fast, crawlable site with structured data, pages that answer real questions directly, and your business named consistently in directories and articles the engines trust. The first step is measuring where you stand today: I built an AI visibility SaaS that scans ChatGPT-, Gemini- and Perplexity-style engines and scores exactly that.

Is classic SEO still worth doing, or should I focus only on AI?

Both — and they are mostly the same work. AI engines lean heavily on search indexes and on the same signals Google rewards — speed, structure, authority — so a technically sound site is the foundation for both. Google still drives most discovery in Dubai today; GEO is the layer you add so you are also present where the questions are moving.

How much do SEO services cost in Dubai?

Scoped per project, not sold as an open-ended retainer: a technical SEO audit with the fixes actually shipped is a small fixed-price engagement, and ongoing content and visibility work is priced by scope. Send me your site and your market and you get a fixed written quote within 24 hours. As an independent engineer my pricing sits well below Dubai agency rates for identical scope.

Can you guarantee first-page rankings or a ChatGPT mention?

No — and neither can anyone else, because nobody controls Google's index or an AI model's answers. Anyone selling a guaranteed position is selling. What I guarantee is the engineering: verifiable technical fixes shipped in your code, a visibility score measured before and after, and honest reporting on what moved.

Do you do Arabic SEO?

Yes — I am a native Arabic speaker and build bilingual English/Arabic pages with proper hreflang alternates and real RTL layouts, the way this site itself is built. The Arabic is written, not machine-translated — which matters, because AI engines quote it verbatim.
