As an independent engineer my pricing sits well below Dubai software-house rates for identical scope, and there are no per-user license fees on what I build: you own it.

Yes — I am a native Arabic speaker and have shipped Arabic-first production software, including a pharmacy POS built RTL from day one. Bilingual English/Arabic interfaces are standard, not an add-on.
