Custom Software Development in Dubai

I'm Emad Yahya — a systems engineer in Dubai who builds business software from the idea to the launch. Not website add-ons: full systems — CRMs, HR platforms, points of sale, booking engines and internal tools that companies run their daily operations on.

Eight of my systems are in production right now inside Dubai businesses. By day I run enterprise IT for a Dubai real estate firm, so the software I ship comes with the discipline production systems demand: backups, permissions, audit trails and performance that holds up under real staff on real deadlines.

Systems I have already built

From idea to launch

It starts with your workflow, not with features: I sit with how your team actually works — on WhatsApp, in spreadsheets, on paper — and map the system around it. You get a fixed written scope and quote within 24 hours of the brief.

Then I design directly in code: you review real working screens within days, not wireframes after weeks. Builds are React/TypeScript with clean APIs, role-based permissions and soft-delete data safety as standard.

Launch includes deployment, staff onboarding, and a handover where you own everything — code, hosting, database and accounts. I stay available for support, but nothing locks you to me.

One engineer, end to end

A software house quotes you a project manager, a business analyst, two developers and a QA — and you pay for all of them. With me, the person who scopes the system is the person who codes it, deploys it and answers the phone after launch. Decisions happen in hours, not sprint ceremonies.

Typical delivery runs 4–8 weeks for a full system, and pricing is a fraction of Dubai agency quotes for identical scope. For a company that has outgrown spreadsheets but is not ready for enterprise license fees, this is the gap I fill.

FAQ

How much does custom software development cost in Dubai?

It depends on scope: a focused internal tool costs far less than a full CRM or HR platform, and everything is priced per feature set — in writing, fixed, within 24 hours of your brief. As an independent engineer my pricing sits well below Dubai software-house rates for identical scope, and there are no per-user license fees on what I build: you own it.

How long does a custom system take to build?

A focused internal tool: 2–4 weeks. A full system (CRM, HR, POS, booking): 4–8 weeks depending on features. These are real delivery times from systems now in production in Dubai.

Can you replace our Excel sheets with a proper system?

That is most of my work: taking operations run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp and turning them into one system with logins, permissions, history and reports. Your existing sheet data is migrated in, not thrown away.

Do you integrate with existing tools?

Yes — websites, WhatsApp, payment gateways, accounting exports and third-party APIs. I also work with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, Freshdesk and Zoho, so I know when to integrate with an existing platform instead of rebuilding it.

Who owns the software after launch?

You do — code, database, hosting and every account, all registered in your name. Optional maintenance is available, but nothing locks you in.

Do you build Arabic-language systems?

Yes — I am a native Arabic speaker and have shipped Arabic-first production software, including a pharmacy POS built RTL from day one. Bilingual English/Arabic interfaces are standard, not an add-on.
